Came in today for the first time to get an alignment. It was recommended by American wheel factory and said they were a really great place to take care of your vehicle and wow they're amazing. Their customer service is top notch! They are transparent and want to give you the best and cleanest service. On top of their top tier skills and talents, their hospitality is amazing! I had my dog with me and little did I know it was a huge dog friendly environment with dog treats and water! My dog Bruno was super happy and he had fun running around the office. The workers such as Bryan, Randy, Justin and Dave were very welcoming and nice, and take care of my dog like it was their own! All in all this is the place to go to get your tires aligned, rotated or anything that you need done for the best service at the best price! Thanks again!! 10 stars. Update: need to come in for a re-alignment fix, next available time is Monday so I got to drive back home and wait until then. I searched Yelp for a good recommendation and John's Automotive was one of the recommended sites. The shop immediately contacted me via message and Dave contacted me and helped me get an estimate over the phone, since price was a deciding factor as well. I chose to go with John's Automotive and I was not disappointed at all ... It was great service from the moment I left my car with them. I was given the confidence I needed as well as the communication was outstanding. They emailed me my estimate with photos documenting the analysis of the condition. It was a true transparent experience. I recommend this place with the utmost respect and I will be taking my vehicle there for future repairs as well. Found this shop on yelp and decided to give them a try. Randy is was my service advisor. My truck needed a wheel bearing and I dropped it off for an appointment. It was due to be finished on the next day. He informed me the day of that their mechanic called in sick but they were going to make sure they got the job done on time done . I went in to get an estimate on repairs for a job that I was getting the run-around on. Justin gave me honest information and fair treatment. I was quite hesitant, but glad I decided to put my trust in him. I drove away with operable parts and a much cheaper price tag than what I had been given by other locations!

Elite '2020 Elite '2020 It was about time for an oil change so I checked Yelp and found this place and the great reviews. I scheduled an appointment through their website on a Thursday evening. I got a call the next morning to confirm my appointment for 8am Saturday. The place was easy to find. I worked with Randy, who was really nice, courteous, and professional. He walked me through the process, they would email me any other work that my car needed. THEY HAVE SHUTTLE SERVICE!!! for folks that live nearby, which included me. They drive you home and back when your car is done. The young man that drove the shuttle was super cool. I got a call an hour later and Randy went over the details of additional work my car needed - new front tires, filter change, alignment. I gave the okay and my car was done by 2:30pm. They have very reasonable prices by the way. When I went back, I paid and was given a rose for Valentine's Day! Great place! I plan to be a regular customer. John's is a neighborhood business that has been in this community for about 15 years and is a great place to have your car repairs done. They are reasonable, are highly recommended and the service I have received is wonderful!!!! Would also highly recommend them!
