Do good work. JAC has worked on 3 of my cars. Their front office staff is beyond my expectations. Always professional, straight-forward and willing to take the time to explain everythAng that needs to be done. Most importantly these guys are friendly and never talk down to me which I've run into @ Subaru and Jeep. A friend asked me last week why I don't take my Honda to the dealership and I told him, I trust John's Auto. I feel confident I'm getting straight talk and I feel confident when I leave the car is better, safer and there are no surprises because they give you a report and explain every point and you know what’s coming up. In regards to your question about timely repair, they beat that. Subaru wouldn’t even tell me by 11:35 am my car not only was not even started on but would take 4 more hours for a 2 hour repair. Had to get a rental. I view my car's auto business as a partner and John's Auto Care is my partner for my car care.

I highly rate this establishment for anything from an oil change to a major issue with your vehicle. I first found this Auto Repair after my car broke down in my dormitory parking lot, a scary happening for a young college student that does not know what to do without their father telling them what is wrong with their car. Luckily with my AAA membership I was able to call a tow truck and have my car be dropped off at John's Automotive Care. They exceeded my expectations. I have been going here for a year now for oil changes and air filter replacements but they have given me a peace of mind as the mechanics send the reports to my mother and communicate with her directly so that there is no confusion on the services provided. The mechanics explain everything to me in a simple way that I can understand how to fix the medial problem by myself and what to do if that is not possible. They have helped a young college student understand her vehicle in the simplest terms which helps more than anyone else could have. They have AAA discounts keeping my bill lower than usual. They also offer to drive/pick up their client when they are working on your car, a unique feature that many places do not offer or even think to. Honest. They are very honest and explain everything in detail. Their prices can be a little high but definitely lower then a dealership.
