I am satisfied. Have always had a pleasant experience with your shop.I stay away from the quickie oil change shops because i don't feel they have trained personnel .I come to John's because of the professional way my vehicle is maintained

Lets face it nobody wants to go to the mechanic . You always feel like your getting taken somehow . I started going here about 5 years ago and have never looked back . I've never had a mechanic that I called my mechanic but Ive found them . Always do excellent work . I have 3 cars and one is an old jeep with many gremlins . They have kept her running strong and never oversold me on services I didnt need . The exact opposite . They showed and explained to me what could wait to be fixed and issues that required immediate attention . Even my new vehicles go there for oil changes . My wife who swore by taking her car to the dealer " because they know whats best" is now a loyal customer of Johns as well . The few folks I recommended have always been pleased with their service also . Bryan the service writer has always gone above and beyond to make sure we a satisfied and work around our busy schedules . John's Automotive is a small business located in a residential area where returning customers are the basis for a thriving auto repair business which has been in the same location for many years. The owner contributes to the community in many way in addition to providing top quality, efficient auto repair services at a reasonable price. Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to provide a positive, high quality experience insuring that you will become a lifelong customer. I can't imagine taking our vehicles anywhere else for service!
