About a month ago my car had been turning off when idle. I did everything in my power to try and fix it: cleaned the battery, checked the battery to see if it had enough power, checked the alternator. Put it kept turning off, so I looked up mechanics and John's Automotive came up. I was shocked at all the great reviews they had so I decided to give them a chance. Of course I was a little skeptical at first because you can't trust all mechanics but I needed my car fixed. So I called a day before to set up an appointment and went in that day to drop off my car. The first thing that made me trust them was their attention to detail. Justin-who helped me all along the process- took down all the details of the problems I was having and what had happened. So I left my car, it was around 5 and they close early and I was like ok guess I'm not getting a call. But then they called and told me "hey we still haven't found a problem, we are closing up soon but we don't want you to think we forgot about you" I WAS IN SHOCK! I felt important and I trusted them. Once my car was fixed, Justin explained everything that was wrong with my car, the parts that I was needing and the cost of them and the cost of the work. So its been about a month since I've had my car fixed, and everything is working perfectly. So thank you soo much to all of you!
