Took my 87 BMW in for an alignment and was truly surprised at the level of service these people are producing. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my vehicle and they treated it with the utmost respect. Thank you for the great conversation and professional service! Definitely be back when I need something.

Very helpful!!!! They gave me a list of problems that went wrong with my car 5 days after I bought it and I took that little st to the dealership and they fixed everything!!

The customer service here is really great. They try to fit you in even if they are busy and twice when I've been in for simple fixes they didn't charge me a thing. They have a shuttle if you need it and have snacks and drinks if you are waiting. They will have my business as long as I am in San Diego. Always professional and easy to deal with. Also they will always ask you before they replace anything and let you know what needs fixing now and what can wait. I take my truck and my wife's Corolla here and have never been disappointed.

First time using John's Automotive. My car broke down on a Sunday night and AAA suggested we tow the vehicle to John's for servicing. I had to leave my keys and a note in the overnight drop box and was a bit nervous about leaving my car there at a place I'd never used before. Thankfully, John's called first thing in the morning and assured me they were on the job. Within a few hours they had diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. They called me later that day when the car was ready and were even able to save me a good amount of money off the original estimate. This seems like a very well run and trustworthy place to take your car for repairs. And everybody I spoke with was very nice and professional. I will certainly use John's Automotive again.

Just a bunch of nice guys... They are not out to F*** you. That's all I can say at the moment.
