If you are looking for an honest repair shop look no further...... One morning preparing to go to work I get in my car to find it wont start, I tow it to a repair shop down the street from my house and they said the battery was dead and I needed a new on, $163 installed I can handle that. Car starts good for a few days then one night I am leaving to go to the store and same thing it wont start again. The next morning I google other shops in my area and com across Johns Automotive Care and read the great reviews, I call and am greeted by Chris who was very helpful over the phone and suggested I bring the car in for them to take a look at. This time the car is able to jump start at least so I drive it down there for them to take a look at, once again I walk in and am greeted by the same gentleman Chris promptly and professionally, he took the time to come out and look over my car along with one of his technicians and within minutes he found the only problem to be the alternator belt was loose so the battery wasn't charging, so I wasted money on a battery that could have been a simple fix. Thumbs up to Chris and the whole crew at Johns Automotive Care they are a great group of guys and will be getting all my business in the future!!

I've lived in the area for many years and finally stumbled upon this shop after a recommendation by a personal friend. I was informed of the way they treated them and decided to give it a try myself as I needed a smog. When I walked in I was greeted by Chris with a pleasant demeanor. The whole smog only took a few minutes and when it was over I was personally walked out to my car. This is something that you don't see much is just that little personal touch that makes you believe that you are dealing with a family business instead of having the impersonal corporate feel most places have. Johns Automotive Care has been taking care of my truck for the last few years. Everyone at Johns Automotive Care is courteous, respectful, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I trust John, the mechanics, and office staff 100%. Johns Automotive Care can take you to work and pick you back up when your vehicle is ready.
