Great service as always.
On my previous review I gave John's Automotive review a 1 star because of issues get warranty paperwork. Since leaving the review this morning, Jack has promptly gotten the paperwork for me. Since I have no other issues with John's Automotive Repair I have changed my review to a 5 star review. Their willingness to get our company vehicle in right away and had it done in 1 day and back to our business was very helpful, so our sales staff can continue to do their job. Thank you Jack for taking care of business I appreciate it. Jim
The repair I have no issue with. I ordered a transmission from Chevrolet with 36 month 100,000 mile warranty. I've call 3 times trying to get the paperwork for our records and have not received any help from Jack. I don't understand how they can be professional enough to do a quick, good job at replacing the transmission, but can't get you your paperwork. So 1 star is my rating and my frustration level.
