I've been taking our cars to John's for several years. They have taken good care of our cars and are generally finished on-time. I have taken advantage of their pick-up and return home several times. In my opinion they are reasonable in their fees and honest about needed repairs.

I am beyond greatful for the kindness shown this morning at Johns Automotive Care...I had a nail in my tire this morning found right before heading to work not only did they fixed it but when i said where do i pay Justin said "you dont its on me" thanks for starting my monday off just right

Took my same car there twice. They always give a full inspection and point up any conditions they find. I like to know my car is safe when I drive away. As a teenager I worked in a garage but I'm pretty neglectful when it comes to maintenance.

Called to see if I could get a smog done at the last minute it was close to closing.. Needed for reg. They said I could come down and it would take about 15 min. I was out of there and paid in the time they said. Everything went fine. I will definitely be back. Great service during this covid time.

I haven't been to an auto repair shop this well organized and professional in years! This comes from a person who worked for the SDG&E Fleet Services for 21 years. I am very familiar with automotive repair and service. 😃🚙

The staff was very efficient and courteous. No surprises, and very detailed inspection.

Friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient. I would recommend to others & I personally will definitely be coming back here for future repairs.
