Very courteous and friendly staff. They advised me on the service needed and turned the car around very quickly.

John's Automotive is the best in San Diego they have been caring my wife;s 2000 Chrysler LHS Special Edition since about 2005 and we have never had any problem with their work it top of the line. Service is the byword, we have been so blessed with the fine treatment we have received.They not only care about your car but they go out of the way to know you as a person. They know who you are how long you have been a customer and will always give the best repair option for your needs.Try them out you will not be disappointed!!

I called for an appointment and picked a convenient time and date. Brought my car in, was greeted in a very friendly manner, with all the employees making me feel like I was important to them. They provided me with a chair on their lawn outside, socially distant from other clients, while I waited for my daughter to come and pick me up. My car was completed in less than two hours and they called me to come and pick it up. I have been a customer at John's Automotive for about twenty years and have always been treated well and fairly. The main things I appreciate about John's is that they do excellent work and never do anything to the car unless it needs it. They are honest and fairly priced.

The best in San Diego. I have been going to John's Automotive for over twenty years with four different cars and have saved thousands of dollars from what the dealerships would have charged me. They do not try to "up sell" you anything you do not need, and always treat you with respect.
