The staff was very efficient and courteous. No surprises, and very detailed inspection.

Very grateful to Justin for arranging for a tech to bring a new battery and install in my car at my home. In less than 1/2 hr Nathan had everything completed and I had peace of mind! Big "thank you" to John's!!!!

Consistently good customer service...very good communications

I always receive good friendly service from beginning to end. I have been going to John's since 2011 and I really appreciate their customer service and the convenience they provide.

First off, I had a super pleasant experience. I ran a few diagnostics, which I believed I had the bare minimum ability to at least, by dumb luck, stumble onto the cause of the constant shuddering, shaking, and loss of acceleration power. My late nineties 4Runner was only a 100 or so miles from reaching 200000. So from what I found I started looking at places that do engine installation. Long story shortening, I dropped off my car THEY Called Me an Uber to make me home, straight luxury. Anyways they were honest up front about price, they explained what the issue was (without making me feel like and idiot going straight ahead and checking my compression), I believe the person I was most in contact with was Erika and she was beyond cool and friendly throughout the whole process. All my questions were answered without any belittling or superiority. And this trusty old 4Runner (honestly) runs better than I've ever experienced. Sorry for the novel but I'll conclude with saying this is my new auto repair spot and I've recommended others take their business here as well. I have been taking my 2001 Camry to them for a cpl years now. They never try to over sell me. but they do tell me what needs to be done. Then they allow ME to choose what I want to do. much appreciated!!

The people were really nice and caring, but I got my tire patched and it blew the next day
