My car literally lost it brakes as I was leaving from my doctors appointment. My teenage daughter was driving and I didn’t think she honestly knew what she was talking about, but I was wrong and the brake did go out. We ended up directly in front of John’s Automotive. Quite the coincidence and right away the staff were welcoming and sincere. They were honest about the possibilities of cost, kept me in the loop, car came back more responsive, & I even got complimentary sodas, lol! In all seriousness, Dave, Rodney, along with all the other staff, mechanics included were really genuine. Thank you & I will definitely coming back for all other issues no matter how minor.

Long time customer. John's is a first rate shop . Cheapest no. But you get what you pay for . If you want it done right this is your spot . They stand behind thier work and if it goes wrong know they will make it right . Also like the Napa auto repair warranty. Piece of mind for when you are on the road .

It's hard to find an auto care or mechanic shop that's honest, trustworthy, and offers fair prices. This place checks all three boxes and then some. I highly recommend! I decided to have work done on my car after reading so many positive reviews and I was not disappointed. They offer quotes and can schedule service over the phone, they are friendly and knowledgeable, and they take pictures and send you an online report after inspecting your car. Also, be sure to ask about their referral program because you and the person you refer receive gift certificates for future services. I've had oil changes done on 3 cars, a brake repair, and the brake fluid changed on 2 cars. I have had a great experience every time. What will make me continue to go back is that on my last service, I was accidently charged for 2 filters when only 1 was installed. I would have never caught this myself, but I received a call from John's Automotive the very same day with an explanation of the mistake and an apology. 2 days later I received a check in the mail for the $9 refund of the overcharge. After being ignored, dismissed, lied to, and taken advantage of by countless other businesses, this is something that truly stands out as honest and exceptional customer service. John's has earned my loyalty.

Bad customer service, no respect or awareness. Took my truck in to fix a knock sensor issue and was charged just for the problem to come back the next day. There was no refund. Recently brought my truck in for another problem and was told to drop it off Thursday. When I arrived Dave immediately started being a smart a** when I was nothing but respectful, he told me he couldn't work on it until Monday when I had an appointment for today (Thursday). He then proceeds to argue and throw little smart comments. Unless you want to deal with a unhappy smart mouth i would not recommend. These guys work by the book but are no master mechanics, you'll learn more on YouTube then these dorks.
