Great job overall, just wish that because they offered shuttle service i actually would have been able to utilize it. Had to get a few ubers ya know. I know it is a luxury so I didn’t mess with the stars. Would have just been nice to experience what was offered initially.

Shoutout Dave for the amazing service! My alternator was fried and caused a complete electrical breakdown in my car. Everyone here was so friendly and Dave explained things to me in a way that made sense (I am a college student and I know nothing about cars). There was great communication throughout the process and I’d recommend anyone here.

Called down to John's about getting my AC tested and possibly repaired, was told to come down that same morning and had my car back by the afternoon. Everyone at John's was very polite and helpful and the additional inspection they performed actually pointed out a suspension issue I was having. Would recommend and will definitely come back for anything I might need.

Phenomenal same day service getting belts and oil changed. Loved the thorough inspection report to plan my next services.

Wow! Yes! The stellar reviews are well deserved! I came in with a dud battery and drove off within 30 mins of my arrival. Super professional, and friendly service from Robert who took great care of me while I waited the short time for the replacement. Will definitely be back.

I went in for a Brake Job and a Cabin Air Filter replacement,plus I had to get a couple of Tires.John diffently took great care of me 👍. I'll would highly recommend this repair shop.
