Took my 2020 Kona EV there after discovering a coolant leak. I used to take my repair needs to a Hyundai dealership and after my experience with John’s Automotive, I’m never going back to a dealer if I can help it. The customer service was great and Dave was professional and courteous in explaining all the details and the step by step process. Even though they looked extremely busy, I could sense their priority was getting my car back to me as soon as possible and expressing concern when they had to wait for a part and keep it for another two or three days. They were not aware that the last time I had my car at a Hyundai dealer, it took them A MONTH before they even LOOKED at my car, so two to three days was a gift. Before taking either of my EV’s anywhere else, I’m going to try John’s automotive first.
