They did a fantastic diagnostic job, for my Honda Civic, even though the repair was not worth it (motor and transmission) because my car is old enough to buy another one instead. But they did a profesional problem report, and at the end they didn’t even charge us anything! So I really recommend working with them.

Everybody on the team was really informative and friendly. I didnt feel pressured to pay for any unnecessary services. I dont know a lot about cars, so I am usually pretty uncomfortable in these spaces - but they communicated everything clearly and never made me feel stupid or uncomfortable. I definitely recommend coming here.

Dropped car off at 10 for an oil change and to check on a noise. Said they needed the car overnight. Surprised but ok. Called me at 3:30 to tell me they could not find the wheel lock. They had no driven the car, they had just put it up to change the oil. ALL DAY they had the car and just now said that they would not be driving it to find the noise since they couldn’t find the wheel lock. Suffice it to say, an overnight stay for an oil change is not anything I’m ever doing again.
