Johns Automotive is awesome and the staff and customer service is phenomenal which is why I keep coming back. However on two separate occasions Ive picked up my vehicle and drove away to find out the problem was still present. Its not a huge issue to me considering they have always made it right for no additional charge but its pretty inconvenient. And could cause a bigger problems for people that need that vehicle every day.

Great shop. Honesty, integrity and trustworthy. They took great care of my car and I will only bring my vehicles here.
