Had an appointment for a smog check. Checking in through paying and leaving the shop took less than 40 minutes! Thank you for being so efficient.

Just helped us with the Lexus. Great team!!

Polite. Provided a ride to/from my local office while waiting for an oil change. Honest about a possible issue and told me to contact dealership to check if still under warranty rather than just charge to fix it.

I travel all the way from the South Bay for their excellent service! Always courteous and will take the time to explain exactly what is needed and not afraid to say something can wait a bit before service or replacement. That alone earns my trust. I know I'm not being taken advantage of. I don't think I'd go anywhere else!

Took my Jetta in for an emergency inspection. Turned into an even bigger problem than I anticipated, but the crew at JAC were on the money. Quality brake, rotor and caliper replacement in under 3 days and for an amazing cost. Thanks guys!

Completed pre-inspection withing the time frame. Got rides from Jeff to and from the shop with the shuttle service.
