I was very pleased with John’s Automotive. I went in when my car started making a noise and they did a very thorough examination of my vehicle and let me know exactly which things should be fixed immediately and things that were ok but would need attention in the future. They were very honest and I appreciated having a better idea of what was going on so I don’t have “surprise” issues popping up inconveniently.

I recently recommended John's to an elderly friend who lives in the area and needed a smog. I chose John's for her because of all of the five star reviews. They didn't disappoint. A short time later MY smog came due with my registration so I made an appointment and was very satisfied. The smog was done when they said it would be and price was very reasonable. After spending over 38 years working in dealerships, it is great to see great customer service at a price people can afford.
