I made an appointment almost a week in advance to get my car smogged since you only do those on Wednesdays. When I showed up on time I was told it could be up to an hour! So I walked to a local coffee shop and returned in an hour. My car had not been touched. They started on it with 5 minutes and it took 10-15 minutes. Completely unacceptable service.

I recently brought my car in for a cooling system fluid exchange at Johns Automotive Care and couldnt be more pleased. Arron, my service advisor, was professional, communicative, and made the process smooth from start to finish. I also had OEM Ford Focus mudflaps installed (which I provided), and they performed a tire rotationall done with care and attention to detail. Its great to have a shop I can trust for honest, high-quality service. Highly recommended!
