Dropped car off at 10 for an oil change and to check on a noise. Said they needed the car overnight. Surprised but ok. Called me at 3:30 to tell me they could not find the wheel lock. They had no driven the car, they had just put it up to change the oil. ALL DAY they had the car and just now said that they would not be driving it to find the noise since they couldn’t find the wheel lock. Suffice it to say, an overnight stay for an oil change is not anything I’m ever doing again.
