Solid place. Great communication and gave me a lot of helpful information. Price seemed pretty fair although its always hard to tell for sure without multiple quotes which I did not have time to do.

I can't recommend John's Automotive Care enough. After a previous shop damaged the right rear seal bearing on my 2004 Suzuki XL-7, I brought it here. This was no simple job, as the damage was so significant that it required multiple different machine shops to finally get the parts properly repaired. My mechanic, Rick, was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. His persistence and dedication were incredible. He went above and beyond to hunt down the necessary parts and ensure everything was fixed correctly. His effort and attention to detail gave me confidence that the job was being done right. My Suzuki is running perfectly now, and I am so grateful for Rick's hard work. It's rare to find a shop that will put this much effort into solving a complicated and difficult repair. I'll definitely be a returning customer for all my future automotive needs.
