A neighbor recommended this shop. I will absolutely recommend this shop to my neighbors and friends. I took the car in with a report of noises that were coming from the suspension. Dave helped me, he and all of the other front-office staff were friendly getting me checked in; Dave called and provided a detailed assessment of the work that was needed and an accurate completion time. 3 days later the car is silent and handles like it's new. The mechanics can be trusted, supported by a warranty! And the cost came in cheaper than what the Honda dealership was quoting. 10/10

We had our Hondas serviced at Hon-tec for over 15 years til they closed their doors recently. Thankfully we have found John’s Automotive after reading all their reviews Our a/c on our CRV wasn’t working. They not only called but sent us an email with complete photos and explained everything to us. Outstanding customer service from Neil as he communicated and kept us apprised. I have now shared our excellent experience and service to my many friends who have been looking for an honest and great service. Thank you John’s.

I was very happy that I scheduled an appointment for a basic oil change ahead of time and when I arrived I was told I was 5th in line and it might not be done til after lunch. But, to my grateful surprise, they got it done much quicker than expected. Yay! I have been coming here forever n ever. They are a great auto shop. But, can be very, very busy because of this. So I was very happy that I was served so quickly and with kindness and playfulness. Highly recommend this place!!! Thank you!!!

My wife and I had a great experience here! We’re not car people so we took in our 2014 daily driver for a once over. They did a thorough inspection and pointed out a few things that should be taken care of. Josep was very nice and gave my wife a ride home after she dropped the car off! Overall we’re extremely pleased with the service and care. You can trust these folks to treat your car like their own.
