Johns Automotive is awesome and the staff and customer service is phenomenal which is why I keep coming back. However on two separate occasions Ive picked up my vehicle and drove away to find out the problem was still present. Its not a huge issue to me considering they have always made it right for no additional charge but its pretty inconvenient. And could cause a bigger problems for people that need that vehicle every day.

Their customer service is exceptional!!! They never try to sell you anything that you don't need. Very honest. This is the only place I will ever take my vehicle to. ....and they provide snacks!
